| All paintings are hand-painted on high quality stretched canvas. Every effort will be made to match provided color samples based on the quality of pictures sent. Kati Walker Art will not reproduce trademarked characters. We will re-create any given sample upon approval but it will be done in the style of our artist.

| All paintings are sold as is and will be shipped only after precise inspection by Kati Walker Art. Once approved, all paintings are wrapped in protective wrap, boxed and shipped via UPS insured delivery with ground shipping. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. If a rush order is needed, please specify when ordering and shipping costs will be altered.

| All hand-painted and custom artwork requires payment upon order and are unable to be returned as they are made to order. In the event of an incorrect order, misspelling or damage due to shipping, we will offer a full refund or store credit. Damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact Kati Walker Art for return authorization. Shipping costs on returned items are non-refundable. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail to insure protection against damage or loss.
